Shipping and returns

All orders are processed on same week received.

We will make every attempt to ship on the same day, otherwise it will ship before the end of the week and we will keep you posted of tracking numbers from our carriers.

Phone Orders:

Sorry… we do not accept orders over the phone. Please use the shopping cart on our website. It’s secure and you can also select to pay by check or money order. Please allow time for check to clear.

Domestic Orders:

We will make every attempt to ship in the most economical and reliable way via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise.

We have several methods available to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. All methods are calculated on a "Real Time" basis that requires your five (5) digit Zip Code.

● UPS Ground (Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days.)
● UPS 3 Day Select (Delivery by the end of the third business day.)
● UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivery by the end of the second business day.)
● UPS Next Day Air (Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.)

● USPS Priority Mail (Have your item delivered in an average of 2-3 days.)
● USPS Parcel Post (Ship small and large packages with economical ground delivery service.)

Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We highly recommend USPS Priority Mail for shipping to all PO Boxes, including addresses located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.

International Orders:

● UPS (Delivery in 1 to 5 days throughout Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Mexico, depending on destination.)

● USPS (Delivery in 4 to 10 days, depending on destination.)

Please allow time for customs inspection, both here and abroad. We highly recommend USPS Priority Mail International.

Balikbayan Orders:

We guarantee all of our items to be free of defects. Should you receive one that is defective or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within five (5) days from arrival at sales@allthingsfilipino.com and we will gladly exchange and return to you at no charge.

All other returned items must be completed within fifteen (15) days from arrival with the original receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Payment Options and Sales Tax:

We accept the following credit cards for online payments: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.

Please allow time for check to clear.

We charge sales tax to orders placed and shipped to California customers. The tax rate is currently 9.75%.
